missingWrote a review on Nov 16tiny bathroomflickering light
I was almost going to leave a great review, but then I noticed my shower was cramped and the bed was highly uncomfortable. Plus, the lighting kept flickering, which totally set the mood for disappointment. Instead of a room upgrade, I got a tiny bathroom. Absolutely unacceptable for such a reputed hotel, if that's still what it claims to be.

The location is unbeatable, just a quick walk from Termini! The room was clean but a bit cramped. One annoying drawback was the flickering lights. 😅

Breakfast included a good variety like meats, cheeses, and croissants. Fresh juice options. The air conditioning held up remarkably well during the hot weather.
The overall decor felt tired, making the rooms seem dated, while the lack of basic tea-making facilities limited in-room comfort.

Fab location but some issues
Had a pretty decent stay. The spot is super close to Termini, which made coming in and out of the city a breeze. The bar/lounge area was chill and a nice place to relax after walking around all day. But the bed was kinda lumpy—definitely not the best for a good night's sleep.
